Instant Pot Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ingredients:
Filling –
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 egg yolks
3-4 tablespoons strawberry jam or preserves
Crust –
8 full graham crackers, crushed
5 tablespoons salted butter
Melting chocolate (drizzled over) and strawberries (on the side) are optional. We used a 6 inch spring form pan we found at Hobby Lobby.
