INSTANT POT STUFFED PORK CHOPS | Keto and Gluten-Free

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

If you can find stuffed pork chops at your grocery store, this is a fast and simple recipe for you in your instant pot. If you can’t find pre-stuffed ones, you can buy boneless pork chops and stuff them yourselves with cheddar cheese and cooked bacon to keep them keto friendly. Try this for your dinner tonight – the gravy is out of this world!

INGREDIENTS:

4 stuffed boneless pork chops
4 Tbls butter
2 cups low sodium broth
1/4 tsp xanthan gum for thickening (Keto) or 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water for slurry (non-keto)

If you don’t have stuffed pork chops and you need to make your own:
4 boneless pork chops
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (Optional)

4 Tbls butter
2 cups low sodium broth
1/4 tsp xanthan gum for thickening (Keto) or 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water for slurry (non-keto)
