Here’s what I used for his recipe:
6 big eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup shredded cheese
Garlic powder, Salt, pepper
2/3 cup chopped kale
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 onion chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes
Approx 1/2 bag of tater tots or hash browns
