*I’m using chicken stock (mine in the video is from Costco), which produces a deeper more intense flavor than broth. BUT, you can use broth! I’ve made it both ways and am perfectly happy with both.
**Okay, so the top wouldn’t lock in put unless I put it in ‘venting’. Then it locked into put! Yay! But then I had to put it back into “sealing” when I set it to pressure cook the pasta.**
