You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This is the simple way to make Italian Beef Sandwiches
I will do another video making them from scratch. When you have leftover Roast beef, or in this case prime rib, this simple recipe is the BOMB!
Here is what you need:
Sliced leftover roast beef, in this case I made two sandwiches and used about ¼ pound of prime rib sliced thinly.
About ½ cup of excellent quality beef stock or broth
Add a pinch of oregano, garlic salt and basil
2 rolls, I buy French or Deli Rolls
2 slices of Provolone cheese
Giardiniera (mild or hot, available at World Market or Amazon if you do not live in the Chicago area)
Optional: sauteed red and green bell peppers or onions
