INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon Thrive Market Organic Paprika
½ tablespoon Swerve Granulated or Thrive Market Switch erythritol sweetener
½ tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Thrive Market Organic Ground Pepper
1 package Thrive Market Pastured Baby Back Pork Ribs
½ cup Thrive Market Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
½ cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk together all the spices, then rub the mixture on both sides of the ribs. Pour apple cider vinegar and water into the base of your pressure cooker. Insert trivet into the inner pot, then put the ribs on top of the trivet, standing on their side. If needed, curl them around the pot so the pieces aren’t touching.

Lock lid in put and seal the pressure valve; cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Release steam naturally for 15 minutes, then manually release remaining steam. While the steam releases, preheat broiler and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Remove the ribs from the pot and put them on the sheet tray. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until slightly crisp.
