KETO Beef Cheeks in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

half brown onion
4 cloves garlic
mushrooms
asparagus
olive oil
knob of butter
broccoli salad mix (store bought)
Vegeta ( or your choice of stock )
1 cup water
