Cheesecake Filling Ingredients:
6 inch springform pan
16 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature)
2 big eggs (room temperature)
2/3 cup of Swerve confectioners (erythritol sweetener)
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of lemon zest (optional)
Strawberry Sauce Ingredients:
1 pound of strawberries (chopped)
1 tablespoon of Swerve confectioners (erythritol sweetener)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
