You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ingredients for Keto Cheesecake :
For the crust:
-1 cup Mixed Nuts crushed(Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Flax Seeds)
-3 tablespoon Butter melted
-For the cream mixture:
-225gm cream cheese ( 8 ounces)
-1 egg
-1/2 cup yogurt
-Sweetener as required
-Lemon juice as required ( 1/2 tbsp)

Keto Cheesecake Recipe Description :
1.)Mix the Butter and Crushed nuts to make the crust
2.)Spread it evenly in the cupcake liners in your cupcake pan
3.)Bake at 180’C for 10 minutes
4.)make sure cream cheese is softened, add eggs, yogurt, lemon juice and artificial sweetener
5.)Mix well and pour the batter into cupcake liners.
6.)Bake at 170 for 12 minutes
7.)Take it out of the oven and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
