Keto Cheesecake with Keto Lemon Curd (Gourmet Low Carb Lemon Cheesecake!)

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
After creating the perfect Keto Cheesecake, I knew I had to master Keto Lemon Curd! I wanted a smooth & creamy low carb lemon curd that would stand on top of my low-carb cheesecake for the ultimate keto dessert.
Until I found Bocha Sweet, the taste of the Keto Lemon Curd just wasn’t quite “right” because of the aftertastes or strange tastes associated with many sugar substitutes. (I avoid artificial sweeteners love they are poison)
