3 oz tomato paste
4 oz green chiles, canned,
6 oz chopped white onion
1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp tumeric
3 tablespoons yellow curry powder
2 tablespoons butter
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cubed
1 cauliflower, chopped in chunks

cut chicken and cauliflower and put in instant pot, mix other ingredients together in bowl or on the stove. Pour over chicken and cauliflower, and stir. Set instant pot on manual for 10 min, or whatever your particular pot says for 3 lbs chicken. Enjoy!
