This crustless quiche Lorraine is so simple to whip up that it feels love cheating. It’s a fantastic option for brunch. No crust to fuss with, not a lot of dishes to clean, but still big on enjoyment and flavor. It’s packed with bacon and gooey shredded Swiss cheese. The eggs are silky, and creamy, practically melting in your mouth.

8 slices bacon
4 big eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup (85 g) shredded Swiss cheese
