Keto Green Enchilada Chicken Soup| Instant Pot!

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

2 pounds of chicken breast
28 oz can of green enchilada sauce
24 oz chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream or half & half
2 cup shredded monterey jack
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz green salsa (salsa verde)
salt
pepper
Cilantro
