But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Our take on London broil is a great option for fast and simple Keto dinners as prep is minimal, and the beef can be marinated in advance, ready for cooking. This is perfect served with a side of cauliflower rice, low carb veggie fries, or even a big salad for an simple weeknight summer dinner.
London broil uses the cost-effective flank steak cut of beef, cooked to tender perfection in the Instant Pot.
Once you’ve got the hang of cooking this dish, you can easily switch up the marinade and seasonings for an endless variety of simple, tasty, and hearty dinners the whole family will enjoy.
