Keto Jalapeno Popper Chicken Soup | Instant Pot

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ingredients:
3 chicken breast
3 tbsp butter
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 big green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 big onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped & more for topping
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, more for topping
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, more for topping
12 oz bacon, cooked & chopped ( half for topping )
salt
pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp xanthan gum
