You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Tiramisu is delicious dessert. But to make the keto tiramisu, you need to make the keto lady fingers or a keto cake and then the top cream layer. This becomes a two step dessert and tedious. That is why, I have tried to make a low carb mousse with the tiramisu flavours, where you enjoy the top mascarpone cheese layer and don’t have to bake any cake,

I love the combination of the coffee and the chocolate flavour. I have used those here, to give it that grown up kick. Among sugar free recipes, I think mousses are some of the best. You will not feel the unpleasant taste of sweeteners due to the fatty texture and taste.
