Hey guys! I’m sharing my ketogenic blueberry cheesecake recipe! I have learned to make my own dessert while on Keto diet .

Toppings Ingredients

250g fresh blueberry (optional) you can add more
1/4 cup stevia sugar
1tspn vanilla extract
1tbspn lemon juice
Cook in a pan with a medium heat
do not put water
Mix all the ingredients cook until pasty
Set aside let it cool ( can keep inside the fridge until 1 month)

Crust Ingredients :

In a medium heat pan
2 cups of almond flour
1/4 cup butter (unsalted )
4 tbspn of stevia sugar depending on your taste you can always add more if you love
1 tspn vanilla
Mix with spatula while cooking cook in 10mins
Pour in a baking pan put it evenly and set aside

Cream Cheese Fillings :

750g cream cheese in room temperature
200g sourcream
1cup stevia sugar
1tspn vanilla
1tbspn lemon juice
4small eggs or 5medium size egg
Mix all together until free of lumps

Preheat oven 350F
Bake in 350F for 45-50mins
Let it cool for 5 hrs ,best if chilled overnight

150g creamcheese in room temp
100g unsalted butter
Vanilla 1 tspn
2 tbspn stevia sugar add according to your taste
