Kimchi pork ribs *instant pot* *gluten free* *keto* simple simple recipe



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Prep: 5 min
Cook: Stew setting for 30 min

Ingredient:

-1 medium onion, chopped and lined in the pot
-1/2 or 1 1b kimchi chopped (save juice)
-2 cups kimchi juice
-2.5 or 3 lbs pork ribs
-6 cloves minced garlic, or about 2 tbs
-4 oz tofu, cubed (will add in the stop)
-2 stalks of green onion (added in the stop)
-1 tbs fermented red chilling paste “gochujang” (optional)
-1 tbs brown sugar (optional)

put all items minus the tofu and green onions. Cook in meat/stew setting for 30 minutes. After depressurization, put it under sauté setting and add the tofu and green onions. Enjoy!
