Leftover beef mince pulao/ Best cooking experiments of friends in hostel life



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Ingredients:-

-Vegetable oil (one small bowl)
-Washed and Soaked Rice 2 normal size (soak 8 to 10 mints)
-Water (2 and half glass)
-Black Pepper (8 to 10)
-Cloves (3)
-Cumin (1 tsp)
-Black Cardamon (1 )
-Cinnamon (1 small 2 inch stick)
-Onions (2 medium size)
-Tomatoes (2 medium size)
-Green Chilli (3 to 4)
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste)
-Red Chilli Flakes (1 tsp)
-Potatoes (5 medium size)
-Leftover Mince (one medium bowl)

Methods:-

Take a deep pan add one small bowl vegetables oil in the pan. After 5 minutes add medium size cut onions in the pan and fry until soggy at that point when onion soggy add 2 medium size cut tomatoes and fry it for 3 minutes after this add green chili and fry for 2 minutes and then add potatoes in it and mix well after this add dry spices Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp ,Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste) and Red Chilli Flakes (1 tsp) mix the spices and let it fry for 5-7 minutes. After fry add leftover beef mince and water. When water reach at boiling point add other dry spices Black Pepper (8 to 10)
Cloves (3),Cumin (1 tsp),Black Cardamon (1 ) and Cinnamon (1 small 2 inch stick) and mix it and cover the pan with lid. When all boiled add soak and washed rice into the pan mix rice and cover the pan with lid and cooked 18 – 20 minutes. When it is ready serve with raita and salad.
