Leftover Pulled Pork Chili with Ray & Stevie | REC TEC Grills

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ray and Stevie are in the kitchen again to show you what to do with your leftover pulled pork.

Ingredients:
Leftover pulled pork
3 Vidalia onions
chopped jalapeno
4 oz. can green chili
5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 tbsp. garlic
Chili flavoring packet
1/2 bottle REC TEC Gourmet BBQ sauce
1 can tomato sauce

Method:
Mix onions, chilis, olive oil, and jalapeños
put mixed veggies on REC TEC at 350º for 1 hour
Rinse beans and let dry
Mix pulled pork, beans, garlic, chili flavoring, BBQ sauce, and tomato sauce in with veggies
Set at 350º for 1 hour, then smoke at 225º for 2.5 hours
