Lentil Soup in Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
This Lentil soup is made from simple ingredients but tastes so excellent and is a great way to squeeze in some extra veggies this season))

brown lentils – 1 cup (dry, uncooked)
potatoes – 2 (chopped)
carrots – 2 (chopped)
onion – 1 (chopped)
celery – 2 ribs (chopped)
garlic – 3 cloves (chopped)
olive oil – 3 tbsp
tomato paste – 2 tbsp
stock – 5 cups
fresh rosemary – 2
bay leaf – 1
salt – 1 tsp
