Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Low Sodium Instant Pot Chicken Soup Whole Chicken
This recipe is so simple because it uses the whole chicken. I used a fresh whole chicken in this recipe, but you can use a frozen chicken, just extend the time by 25 minutes and make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.
