This recipe is creamy and smooth and delicious! It’s hands down the best yogurt I’ve ever eaten. It only takes two ingredients – soy milk and a probiotic capsule. The yogurt is made in an Instant Pot so you set it and forget it!
I am seriously obsessed with this recipe. It is so much better than any store bought yogurt I’ve tried. It has a silky smooth consistency that can be used in any recipe that calls for traditional yogurt or sour cream. It’s versatile, too! You can add flavorings (love vanilla extract) or sweetener if you love. My favorite is to make a yogurt bowl with fresh berries and homemade granola! I’ll include the recipe for my chocolate chip coconut granola below.
