– 1 tblsp of garlic
– 2 cups of beef stock
– 1/2 cup of tomatoe sauce
– 1 carrot
– 2 potatoes
– salt & pepper
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp of corn starch
– 1 cup of green peas
