Making Quesadillas With Leftover BBQ Ribs and Instant Pot Rice [Cook With Me]

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

So this is a long cook with me video with quesadillas and Instant pot rice. Cooking with leftovers is new to me as a new mom. Here you’ll see how to use leftovers from bbq ribs and turn them into quesadillas with leftover bbq ribs. First I begin with raw Costco tortillas. They’re delicious.

After whipping up the leftovers in a quesadilla, final steps go on to make the Instant Pot brown rice dish complete. Plus, I round out the meal with steamed carrots and green beans. So join me in this cook with me dinner whether you’re looking for inspiration for cooking dinners with leftovers, or if you just want to see the steps to making a quesadilla with leftovers while you make your own quesadilla at home.

These are the best big bowls for making pasta salad because you make, serve, and store them in the same bowl. Having a matching lid for mixing bowls is helpful so they can be stacked in the fridge.
