You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

In this video learn how to make Herbed Paneer. In herbed paneer, some spices are added at the time of setting it. Because of all the herbs that are added, the flavors are distributed equally throughout and it is so soft and delicious!

Whole Milk: 6 Cups | 48oz | 1 1/2 L
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Himalayan Pink Salt – to taste
Red Chili Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 3/4 tsp
Black Salt – 1/4 tsp
Dry Mint Powder – 1/4 tsp
