Mexican Chicken and Rice (Instant Pot)- Episode 2035

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

4 links chorizo sausage
2 tsp Avocado oil
1 medium onion chopped
2 pimentos chopped
2 scallions chopped
1 cup bell peppers chopped
2 lbs chicken thigh
1 tsp pimento
1 tsp tex mex
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp annatto
1 1/4 Jasmine rice
1 1/4 cup water ( 2 cups water for parboiled rice)
1 cup lomein noodles
1 tsp chicken bullion cube
1/4 cup chopped celery
