This Instant pot Mexican quinoa is very simple to make and it’s very fast and healthy recipe ready just in 1 minute. It’s Vegan and Gluten- free dish and it’s perfect for school lunches, picnics and busy days.

Ingredients :
1 cup Quinoa
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup Onion
1/4 Cup Green and Red pepper
1 tbsp Garlic
1 medium size chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup black beans
1/4 Cup Corn if you love
1 cup and 1 tbsp water
Salt as per your taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Black paper powder
chopped Cilanto
Lemon or Lime juice
