But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

1 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 medium size Jalapeno, deseeded and chopped (optional)
1 cup Bell pepper (of your choice)
1.5 cups Vegetable Broth OR water
8 oz Dried Rotini pasta (2 cups)
12 oz Chunky Salsa Hot (1 jar)
15 oz Canned Black Bean (rinsed and drained)
2-3 tablespoon Taco seasoning (adjust according to your taste)
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (adjust to taste), for vegan skip this or add nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt (as required)

1 stalk of Spring onion, chopped
Few fresh Cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Few Avocado pieces
