No Bake Matcha Tiramisu Recipe (serves 12):

1/4 cup heavy cream
4oz. Baking white chocolate
8 oz. mascarpone (or cream) cheese
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp matcha powder
1 1/2 cups steaming hot water

One 7oz. package ladyfinger cookies
more matcha powder for dusting

In a saucepan on medium heat, heat up
1/4 cup heavy cream until it starts to slightly bubble
Turn off the heat and add
4oz. Baking white chocolate
Mix until melted and combined. Transfer into a mixing bowl and allow to cool to room temp.

Add room temp 8 oz. mascarpone (or cream) cheese
Add 1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Mix with an electric mixer until fluffy, finish by hand

In another bowl whip
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, gradually adding 2 tbsp sugar
Whip until you achieve soft peaks

Mix a big dollop of whipped cream into the matcha mixture, fold until cohesive, then transfer the matcha mixture all back into the whipped cream. Fold carefully all together by hand.

Prepare matcha green tea for dipping (1 tbsp matcha powder, 1 1/2 cups steaming hot water).

Dip a package of packaged ladyfinger cookies into the tea and line in a baking dish.
Layer on the cream filling and repeat until the pan is full.
Cover and allow to set 3 hours – overnight in the fridge.

Dust with matcha powder before cutting / serving
