400 grams cream cheese
200 grams Greek yogurt
100ml heavy cream
1 cup erythritol ( truvia)
Optional for 2 tsplemon zest or vanilla extract

Per cut
Net carb 4 grams
Fiber 1.7grams
Fats 26 grams
Protein 6.7 grams
Net calories 284.5 calories
