You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
I wanted to show you how to throw together a super simple, no chop, no prop, lentil soup in minutes. I did this one in the Instant Pot but it could be done just as easily on your stovetop as well. Just grab some dry ingredients, throw them in the pot with some water and you’re done. Hope you will give it a shot. I love to eat this whenever I don’t have time to prep the fresh ingredients, but I included the amounts for fresh vegetables as well. Enjoy!
