But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

So here you’ll learn how to make the magical superfood called Green Banana Biomass (GBB) without using a pressure cooker and also a delicious recipe using it, that’s oil-free, gluten-free, delicious, low cal, keto, and very nutritious!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 green banana biomass (RECIPE BELOW)
1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
1/3 cup of red bell pepper (minced)
1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons of water

METHOD:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, mix well, cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Remove the dough from the bowl, roll into a log, cut it into small pieces, cover the remainder of the dough, take one piece of the dough, flatten it up by putting it between two parchment papers or cling film sheets.
With the assist of a rolling pin or a tortilla press, make round pieces of bread.
put the flatbread between two tea towels, repeat the process until all the dough is gone and you have 5-7 flatbreads.
Over medium heat, put the flatbread into a non-stick skillet or a lightly oiled skillet.
Allow the flatbreads to cook for about one minute on each side.
remove the flatbreads from the skillet, and add them to a plate.
