One Pot Instant Pot Recipe (BEGINNERS)- Rajma (Kidney Beans in gravy) Vegan Option Below
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This recipe is simple to make vegan. Just substitute the Ghee with Oil of your choice!
Ingredients:
-2 Cups Kidney Beans, Soaked for 6 hours or overnight
-2 Tbsp Ghee (or oil of choice)
-3 Cups of Onions, finely chopped
-2 Cups Tomatoes, finely chopped
-3-4 Green Chilies, finely chopped
-1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
-1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
-2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
-2 Tsp Salt (or according to your taste)
-1 Tsp Turmeric
-1 Tsp Garam Masala
-4-6 Cups Water (depending on how thick or thin you love it)
-1/2 cup Cilantro or Coriander Leaves, finely chopped (optional)
