You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Hey family! In today’s video we’re making a fast supper! One Pot Taco Spaghetti!! Later we make some Banana Cream Pie Overnight oats.

Taco Spaghetti Recipe:
NOTE: This is the original recipe and it is cooked on the stove top, I doubled it and cooked it in the Instant Pot in this video. If you use the instant pot, jut cook on high pressure for 8 minutes and do a fast release of the pressure. 😊👍
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 cups water
8 oz spaghetti, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Add garlic, onion, and ground beef to a big skillet. Break it up into chunks with a spoon or spatula while cooking. Cook until browned. Then, drain the excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, chopped tomatoes, and water. Mix to combine. Then, add spaghetti. Be sure that spaghetti is covered with the liquid. Bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat to low and cover skillet with a lid. Simmer for 12-15 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid. Cook for a few minutes more or until excess liquid evaporates. Turn off the heat.
Add shredded cheddar cheese. Then, cover the skillet with a lid again. Let the cheese melt. Add chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
