Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Makes ~10-12 servings {Meal Prep Version in Video}
2 big yellow Onion chopped
8 Cloves Garlic minced
3 big Sweet Potatoes (the white kind) cubed into 1” chunks
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Lbs Italian Sausage
10 Cups Organic Chicken Broth [Current Favorite: https://amzn.to/2y7Z32P]
4 tsp Dried Basil
2 tsp Dried Fennel
4-6 Cups Fresh Green Kale (Hard Leaf, roughly chopped)
1 Cup Full Fat CANNED Coconut Milk [Current Favorite: https://amzn.to/2t7sRqC or https://amzn.to/2sTR1Wo]
Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional:
Red Pepper Flakes to serve

Makes 6 servings
1 Medium yellow Onion chopped
3 Cloves Garlic minced
