You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

2 Salmon Fillets (6-8 oz each)
1 cup sliced Zucchini
1 cup sliced Squash
1/2 cup sliced Carrot
1/2 of a Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Herb Butter(full recipe in previous video)
1 cup precooked Lentils (precooked rice, couscous or quinoa)
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Salt & Pepper

Split have ingredients in half. put down one piece if partchment paper and put in the ingredients on one side of the paper. Fold in half and roll/fold up edges until edges are sealed.

put into Airfryer and cook at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let the pockets set for 3-5 minutes before opening. Serve and enjoy!

If you don’t have an air fryer you can always bake these pockets in an oven at 400° for 20-24 minutes ☺️
