TIGER PRAWN AND SQUID STIR FRY
8 oz. whole tiger prawns
8 oz. sliced squid
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon sliced goinger
1 tablespoon garlic cloves
1/2 sliced onion
1 to 2 chopped green peppers
Set Instant Pot on “saute” setting. I love to set at high heat setting for 10 minutes.
When indicator reaches “hot”, put in cooking oil. Add ginger and garlic. Stir fry for 15 seconds. Add prawns and squid. Stif fry for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Take off and set aside the prawns and squid.
Add onions and green peppers. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add your favorite sauces such as light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Add prawns and squid. do final stir fry. Serve with hot steamed rice if you love. Eenjoy!
