Pressure Cooker Desserts: Chocolate-Stuffed Monkey Bread

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
In this crowd-favorite pressure cooker dessert, each caramel-coated roll holds a molten-chocolate center.
Ingredients:

• 7”x 3” round cake pan
Glaze
• ½ cup powdered sugar (60g)
• 1 Tbsp whole milk, plus more as needed (16g)
Bread
• Cooking spray
• 2 Tbsp granulated sugar (28g)
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 8-count can refrigerated biscuit dough (472g)
• 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (57g)
• 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar (73g)
• 1 cup water (236g)
Active time: 25 minutes
Total time: 1 hour, 20 minutes
