Hi my name is Tiffany and I started my weightloss journey in 2018 via the keto diet. I was very successful on the keto diet and lost about 45lbs and maintained that weight loss for 3 years. However, I found that I couldn’t maintain my weight loss long term on the diet. fast forward to 2022, I gained all of my weight back, and some. Starting over at 312lbs, I document different methods I am trying to reach my goal weight of 220 (Slim Thick :)) whether it be calorie counting, low carb meals, alternate day fasting etc. I show you what I eat in a week, what I eat in a day, delicious recipes and try fun weightloss experiments for you! I’m trying to find what works for me, taking my time with my journey this time around, being gracious with myself and having fun with you guys at the same time! This is NOT a keto channel, this is NOT a low carb channel, this is a channel that focuses on where I am at and what is working for me in my weightloss journey at that moment.
