But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Quinoa Kheer / Quinoa Pudding / Quinoa Payasam
1 cup quinoa ( I used white quinoa, pre-washed, Vegan, & gluten free)
1 Coconut can – 19oz / 560 ml (little over 2 cups)
3/4th cup Jaggery (add more or less according to your taste)
Half cup almond flour
3 to 4 cardamom
1 cup Oat milk (optional. I love to use Oat milk. You can pour extra coconut milk instead)
Enjoy it hot or cold. I prefer it cold. So keep it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. If you notice the quinoa getting thick, after keeping it in fridge, just add a bit of oat milk before serving.
