Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Potato-4 medium size
Onion -2 medium size
Tomato -2 medium size
Green Chilli-2
Kashmiri Red cool Powder-2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder -2 Tbsp
Garam Masala -1 tsp
Salt -as required
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Cashews -10
Ginger -1tbsp finely chopped
Garlic- 1tbsp finely chopped
Coriander -To garnish
Julienned Ginger -To Garnish
