Secret to Best BARBECUE RIBS ever (pressure cooked) BBQ sauce



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

BARBECUED RIBS

Barbecued ribs are our favorite and it is very simple to make. I am using my Power Pressure cooker XL which is a life saver for a day that you do not have so much time to spend in the kitchen! Barbecued ribs can be cooked in many ways. I usually cook it in the pressure cooker and brown each side under a broiler.
The meat was so tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Well marinated, juicy ribs in each bite, and the meat fell off the bones! I usually add fresh onions. However, the deep fried onions gave an added flavor which was mouthwatering from the time the lid was opened. Enjoy😊

Ingredients for Barbecued Ribs:
3 – 4 lbs ribs
3 t garlic powder
2 t onion powder
1 t cumin powder
2 c barbecue sauce
1 small onion chopped or ½ c deep-fried onions
1 c water

Instructions for the power pressure cooker: Add water and lay the seasoned ribs on top. Sprinkle onions and pour barbecue sauce evenly. Lock the lid and press soup/stew two times to acquire 30 mts cooking time. When done, brown under the broiler for 3-5 mts each side.
