Shredded Beef Tacos in the Instant Pot

2 1/2 lbs. Beef Chuck Roast (cubed)
1 medium onion
2 tbs. minced garlic
3 bay leaves
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. Beef Broth
3 cloves
2 tbs. ground cumin
2 tbs. oregano
2 tbs. lemon juice
