But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

important Notes:

• Use tender cuts of meat, para sure na malambot ang finished product. Pwede rin tofu.
• For this recipe, Oyster sauce is better than soy sauce. Mas malapot ang Oyster sauce, it will easily coat your meats.
• Naglalagay tayo ng oil sa garlic to prevent discoloration. Ito ay kailangan ilagay sa ref, at magamit within 2-3 days to retain freshness and prevent contamination. Pwede rin i-freezer for up to a month.
