It’s been a while! Today’s video is a super simple beef stew recipe! I will be using my Instant Pot to show YOU how simple it is to make. With only a couple of ingredients, and a short amount of time, you will have full-flavoured yummy and beef stew.

Ingredients
1 Pound Beef Stew Meat
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon Oregano
2 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
1 big Onion, chopped
1/2 Pound Baby Carrots, chopped
1 Pound Potatoes, Cubed
2 cups chicken or Beef Broth
1/2 Can Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Water

Instructions

1. Add the vegetable oil to the instant pot and turn on the saute function. When the oil starts to sizzle add the meat and season with salt, pepper, and the remaining seasonings.
2.Cook the meat until browned on all sides.
Add the chicken broth to the instant pot and use a spoon to scrape the brown bits from the bottom of the pan.

3 Add the oyster sauce, garlic, onion, carrots, potatoes, and tomato sauce.
Close the lid and steam valve on the instant pot.

4.Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes, then allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a fast release.

5.Mix together the cornstarch and water in a Zip Top container or small bowl and stir into the stew until thickened.

6.Enjoy
