Welcome to Cooking with the Ley Sisters. In today’s video, we will be showing you another instant pot recipe. We will be making a hearty black bean and sweet potato soup, perfect to stay warm during these cold months. In addition, this soup is completely vegetarian and it’s full of veggies and beans that keeps you full all day.

Ingredients you will need to make this soup:
-2 (15oz) cans of black beans (rinsed and drained)
-2 to 3 small sweet potatoes
-1 small onion
-1 jalapeno
-1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce or puree
-4 cups of veggie broth (low sodium)
-2 tsp of minced garlic
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp oregano
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp black pepper
-2 tsp salt
