Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 pound Fresh Fettuccine Pasta
½ cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
2 ½ cups Filtered Water
1 tablespoon Dried Basil
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 tablespoon Pink Salt
½ tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Filtered Water
Handful Fresh Basil
Handful Fresh Parsley
¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Peel and mince garlic. chop fresh herbs. cut chicken into bite size chunks. Set Instant Pot to sauté on HIGH. When hot, add olive oil. Add chicken, garlic, and dried spices and sauté until chicken is lightly golden. Add water and deglaze the bottom of the pot. Close the lid, making sure the silicone ring is on. Hit cancel on the Instant Pot and set to HIGH PRESSURE for 4 minutes. Allow 5 minutes of natural pressure and then perform a fast release. Hit cancel on the Instant Pot and set to sauté on HIGH. Add fettucine, heavy cream, grated cheese, and fresh herbs. Bring to a simmer. Combine water and cornstarch and add to the pot and stir until thickened. Serve into bowls, plate, or meal prep containers. Enjoy!
