Fried Turkey Wings
2 lb cleaned collard greens
2-3 lb smoked turkey leg
small onion chopped
2 tsp mined garlic
Toney’s Cajun seasoning
better than boullion chicken 1 tsp
* If you want your turkey leg to be falling off the bone then pressure cook with the water and boullion for 20 min. Release the pressure then follow the rest of the recipe. I don’t pressure cook the turkey leg with the greens for 55 minutes because the greens would become mushy.
