3 tbsp ghee or oil, to be split into 2 steps
1 big onion thinly sliced, about 2 cups
2 tbsp cashews whole, about 15
1 tbsp ginger 1/2 inch piece, grated or crushed
1 tbsp garlic 3-4 cloves, grated or crushed
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 cup basmati rice soak for 15 mins, rinsed and drained
1¼ cup water
1 pinch saffron about 10-12 strands soaked in 2 tbsp milk
¼ cup cilantro chopped (can use cilantro + mint too)
1 cup paneer sliced thick, (optional ingredient)
Vegetables:
2 green chilies Serrano or jalapeno, whole
1 cup potato 1 medium gold potato cubed
½-¾ cup carrot 1 medium carrot, sliced thick
1 cup green/red pepper sliced
½ cup cauliflower
½ cup beans
You can choose your choice vegetables
Spices:
1½ tsp salt/ as per taste
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp garam masala/ biryani masala
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
Whole Spices:
1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
7-8 clove & pepper
½ cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tablespoon of oil
2 tbsp ghee
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
2 green chilies
1 tbsp lime juice
A bunch of mint leaves
2 tbsp coriander
½ cup curd/yogurt
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp biryani masala
1 tablespoon Garam Masala powder
1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
1 medium-sized, chopped red onion
1 medium-sized, chopped tomato
2 glasses of Basmati rice
3 cups water
5 hard-boiled Eggs
——————————————————————————————————————————————————–Ingredients for peas pulav:
Basmati rice- 1 cup
Peas- 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup
Water- 1.5 cup
Onion, sliced- 1 medium
Ginger chopped- 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped- 1 tbsp
Green chili- 2-3
Coriander, chopped- 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tbsp
Salt- as per needed
Cashews- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Whole spices- Cinnamon stick, black pepper, cardamom, and bay leaf

1 cup rice
1.5 cup water
1 tbsp Jeera/Cumin
1 bay leaf
2-3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
